Looking for a neat and tidy housemate to share a spacious apartment that is 5 minutes away from Lidcombe station. Rent is $370 per week. 2 weeks bond. The place has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a massive balcony. You will have the master bedroom + bathroom + 1 parking space in the basement. Internet and water are included in the rent. Electricity + Gas will be split equally with me. About me: I have a full-time job in the city. I'm friendly but would like some quiet relaxing time for myself after work. No smokers and no pet please. Female only. You can inspect the place this Friday or over the weekend. Otherwise, I can show you the place in the evenings too since I have to go to work.
