About the house

The apartment is very spacious with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. It is new and clean with great amenities including a pool, barbecue and gym. It has gorgeous views of the lake and is walking distance to grocery shops, university and restaurants. Currently three girls live in this gorgeous apartment. We all study at bond university and are very friendly and clean. I have just finished my studies and am looking at going travelling so need someone to take my place. Preferably a student and female :)
