Great quiet court and neighbourhood, nice pocket of point cook in the featherbrook estate. Walking distance to local shops, transport, Vic uni is near by. Vibe of the house is totally chilled, I work during the days in kindergarten, away most weekends and most school holidays. You’ll have the house to your self over all these holiday periods. As I love the beach! I’m earthy, a bit of a foodie, love markets!!
