About the house

About the property Large open bright newly built house. This property is a co-share so we all take equal right in lease, house duties and bills. The main living area is furnished (owned and maintained by calyptus Co.) Though you will need bedroom furniture. We have ensweet bathrooms in every bedroom. The yard and cleaning is on us the tenants. In which I am planning to get someone in for regularly. Or can chat about arrangements. The internet, water & power are included in the weekly rate. I don't mind smokers as long as you are clean with it and don't smoke inside. I'm always working on projects so it would be cool to have someone in a similar hands on work role to live with. I do have a toddler Japanese bobtail cat with super energy, but he's very loving... and will quickly try and be your friend if you allow it. Note: this is not the real address this is a rough area.
