About the house

Hi there, My nam's Ron. The the room available is in cozy unit in Caufield South. It's 2 bedroom unit in one of which am living. Posting this ad as the my friend who uses to live with me is moving to Canberra. The room and house is fully furnished. Queen side bed in the room with wooden cabinet study table and closet. Rest of the house is fully furnished. There is common shared backyard (hardly u'll see any one there) great for the arriving summers. The house is 15mins from Ormond station by walk or 5 mins by drive, 7 min drive to Caufield station or there is bus stop stone throw from the house can drop u right in front of station which is 20 mins from Flinders or 25 from Southern Cross station. 10 min drive to Elwood beach, 15 min drive to the city or even closer to Chapel street. About me: Am Ron, currently working for Axiom Technologies. So 5-6 days in a week am out of the house during day time. Quite private during the week but don't mind a casual hang during the weekend.
