About the house

Two bedrooms available!! Located in a friendly neighbourhood, right next to universities and a bunch of student accomodation (Genuinely a 3 minute walk to both NIDA and UNSW), this Kensington house is the perfect place for a student, or working young adult. The house itself is located a 3 minute walk from the light rail which can take you directly into the city/CBD. Plus buses that can take you to Bondi junction in 25 minutes. Or other surrounding suburbs including Newtown and Coogee beach. It is a four bedroom house with two bathrooms. Both rooms up for grabs are very spacious and catch the afternoon sun, with views of a homely Kensington street. Internet speed: 250mbps Most importantly our house has security cameras for a sense of safety. Overall a very spacious share-house in a great location, with a good balance of quiet time and social nights within the household. The house will be largely unfurnished, however, all kitchen necessities are covered, as well as a washer and dryer. We are looking to fill this room with a move in date on July 23rd, so we are happy to set up a zoom call or an inspection.
