We have one Room for rent to the right person/s in our unique spacious 3 bedroom architect- designed residence. No power bills! No water bills! Wifi not included. This solar powered farm property is ideally suited for an extremely clean and quiet, respectful full-time worker or working individual/s. This is a share house and respecting our home and other tenants is paramount. Bedrooms are key lockable. You will be sharing with quiet full-time working couple. Strictly No drugs, smoking/vaping and not a party residence.Bedroom - Twin king single bed ensembles. This double sized bedroom is fully carpeted with two sets of windows to allow for plentiful light. There are roller blinds on the windows and a ceiling fan. Triple sized wardrobes with hanging rack. One car space per room allocated. This room would be ideal for two friends wishing to share a room. Occasional chair; small coffee table. Linen, Pillows & Towel provided (if required). Rent : $ 385 per week ($80 extra person)
