About the house

Hello friends! We are on the look out for a friendly roommate to live with us in our lovely house in Canterbury as our roommate is unfortunately moving out. The room will be available ASAP. Location: - The house is right in the heart of Canterbury in a nice quiet street, it is located behind Canterbury public school but it is still quite quiet. - Only a 5 minute walk from Canterbury station - 10 min walk from woollies - Easy access to busses The house: - The house consists of 5 bedrooms, a spacious shared bathroom including a shower, bath and toilet, a spacious living room, dining room and kitchen, a nice little balcony. - The house is already furnished but feel free to bring in your own furniture if you have any. - We also have a fridge, a dishwasher, dryer and a washing machine. The room: - the room will be unfurnished - large spacious room with a built in wardrobe - Has lots of natural light - It can fit a queen/king sized bed as well as a desk and other bedroom appliances. - Rent is $260 per week not including bills (which are paid quarterly) A bit about us: Nellie (23 F) - Works at a 9-5 job receptionist in an eye clinic and works weekends at coles, she is also an artist and is currently working on her portfolio, on her days off she likes to spend her time wandering around the city, you can also find her reading on the couch or ranting to her sister about the books she’s reading, she also loves spending time drawing/crafting or learning new recipes. Olivia (21 F) - Is at Kmart and will be going onto her second year at university to study nursing, she is a very laid back person who likes to spend time in her room but she is a social butterfly and isn’t afraid to socialise. Catastrophe - our little 15 year old tabby cat who loves to chat, she’s very chill and shy but will still love pats 😌 Housemates: - both of us are very chill and friendly and we love to spend time with ourselves but we also love to hang with others, maybe have a drink and sit out in the balcony, watch a movie etc Unfortunately no pets allowed.
