> A fully furnished house located in Coolaroo and is adjacent to Campbellfield, Dallas, Broadmeadows, Roxburgh Park, West Meadows, Meadow Heights. > Public Transports: 180m to Bus540 stop; 800m to Coolaroo Train Station; 1.4km to the Upfield train station; > Driving: Closed to the Freeway, Shopping Centres, Factories, Banks, AMES, Hospital, VicRoads, Schools, Colleges, Kangan Institute; > Short Term (1-2weeks): $30/person/day including bills (unlimited wifi/water/electricity/gas); > Medium Term (2-4 weeks): $27/person/day including bills (unlimited wifi/water/electricity/gas); > Long Term (4+ weeks): For one bedroom, one person for $160/week, two people for $120/week for each person; > Bond: $250/person; Check-In after 1pm, Check-Out before 11am.
