About the house

I’m a 43 year old male, work in landscape/maintenance mostly taking care of trees. I’m into stories through books, music, board games and video games. I’d typically be described as an inner northern lefty creative type. I try and get out hiking or kayaking when I can. I smoke and drink but try and smoke outside most of the time, unless it gets really cold! Then I smoke at the back door. 2 bedroom townhouse in between Moreland and Anstey train stations, two streets from the Upfield bike path. The place is fully furnished except for the bedroom, which has brand new carpet and just been painted. It is a large bedroom - about 14m2, split system air con and heating, and a large built in wardrobe.
