About the house

Place is a duplex, living area is fully furnished. There is a mattress for the room if needed. Has fan and a closet. Fairly quiet neighbourhood, close to public transport and uni/hospital. I'm a single 32/m who works alot, I have a cat and I'm open to 1 more cat but no dogs sorry. I wish I could. My neighbour is the landlord and we have a great relationship, definitely not a party house. Though I don't mind the odd social event happening here.
