The house has a sun-drenched living area, wraparound balcony with city views, 2 bathrooms, courtyard, laundry, and garage storage. The lounge is furnished, and the kitchen is fully equipped. The room available is a master bedroom with a large ensuite featuring a standalone bath, shower, and dual vanities. The room has balcony access and is north-facing. Located just off King Street, it’s a 10-min walk to St Peters, Newtown, and Erskineville stations, with buses, cute pubs, and fun shops nearby. On-street parking is always available, there is a direct bus down to Coogee, and Sydney Park is around the corner. You'll be living with three 5-star housemates in their mid-late 20s who enjoy a laugh and relax in their downtime. The room is available from mid-October (flexible) for $590/week .
