**Looking for someone to co-sign the lease as my previous roommate has move out recently** $300p/w bills not included. Spacious and bright 2 bedroom apartment, 2.5 bathrooms, views of Olympic Park (yes you can watch the fireworks from the balcony) and incredible western sunsets. Located within walking distance to North Strathfield (11mins, 800m) and Concord West (10mins, 800m) train stations, as well as walking distance to the Bakehouse Quarter where you will find food and entertainment. Multiple gyms and services within the area. Aldi (1.4km), Woolworths (1.6km), Rhodes Waterside (11min drive, 4.5km). Walking distance to DFO Homebush and Sydney Olympic Park. Hi I'm Cass, I work as a full time visual merchandiser across Sydney & ACT. Love spending time with friends on weekends catching up over a meal or a drink. I can be a bit of an early bird with a solid gym schedule, plant mum & sport enthusiast. I keep a clean and tidy home as well as being respectful to those who I share with.
