About the house

Room/s in Strathdale (doesn’t let me change location) Hi! We are a couple looking for someone to take over our lease - will require applying through the real estate. Lease ends at the end of January with possible opportunity to extend. Our 27 year old housemate (male) will continue to stay here, leaving 2 rooms available for rent. We are open to singles or a couple applying. Option to take the main bedroom which has a large WIR & ensuite, however price of this room to be negotiated with current housemate
