About the house

Hello! my friend/housemate and I are looking for a new person to take over the 3rd room from our housemate that recently relocated for work. we live a good 8 minute walk from the train station which would be about a 10 minute ride to Roma St Station, 10 minute walk to Coles and a bunch of fun restaurants or even Hungry Jacks, with nearby bus stops for all directions of travel. I'm not sure what else to say, maybe good to say we'd love someone queer friendly. we don't mind a smoker or any pets, although we are in a 2nd floor apartment with no yard. but we have a dishwasher, a pool in the building, you'd get a built in wardrobe and we have aircon in the shared space. I work fairly long hours on sets for Uni and late nights with work. My interests consist of movies, volunteering at conventions and collecting trinkets. During the week you'll find me studying for TAFE or helping out with local community organisations, then after hours you'll find me supporting my friends band, doing my make-up or generally spending time with the people in my life. Like my lifestyle, I like to keep my home living simple, and organised, though I'm not anal about it.
