Right next to Balaclava Station and Carlisle Street, you've got cafes, restaurants, a Coles and a Woolies all within easy walking distance. There's a tram stop right out front with the 3 and 16, putting St Kilda beach, Acland Street and Chapel Street just a few stops away. The house itself has a sweet little courtyard and a parking spot available.
