About the house

Single room in share-house in Mount Gravatt East $214 per week - available August 9th Lovely spacious house in a quiet, safe, family-friendly street. You will be in the third bedroom, it has windows with blinds, carpet, built-in cupboards. It is the smaller bedroom, should fit a double or queen bed. One shared large bathroom with separate toilet. Good sized (if a bit old) kitchen with good cupboard space. Short drive to Westfield Mount Gravatt and Westfield Carindale and even shorter drive/walk to Coles and Woolies at Mount Gravatt Plaza, and all the shops along Logan road. Also, just down the street from the Mount Gravatt Showgrounds which have fantastic markets and events. Looking for someone that we can feel comfortable around in our home. Preferably another woman aged 25-35. But open to anyone that fits our vibe. It is very important to us that our home is somewhere peaceful we can come home to and that it is also that for you too. (Neither of us are house party people - nor is the neighborhood) Unfortunately NO PETS - we love animals, but as there are already 2 guinea pigs and a cat in the house we cannot accept any more, sorry! Your housemates will be: Anna 31 & Veronica 26 I work full time during the week, and Veronica works shifts, so we appreciate our downtime (I like my Sunday nanny naps).
