About the house

I am a 24 year old, I work in a small bar in Dulwich Hill and am a big fan of movies, modern history, and gardening. In the apartment I have 2 rooms available in a 3 bedroom place. Looking for people who can move in from July 28. The first room is the main room in the house, it is 3.3mX4.47m features a built in wardrobe and mirror (0.6m deep). Rent is $300 p/w, bills excluded. It is only an 8 minute walk to Petersham train station and close to many major bus routes as well as nearby to a local shopping centre, parks, cafes, and restaurants.
