$1000 a month ~$230 a week, $1000 rtba bond + all bills + wifi included. $1200 a month for a couple; pets fine. Between Footscray and Seddon train stations close to Vic Uni. Large room has built-in wardrobes, aircon and window roller shutters. Sharing with a 43-year-old Australian male IT engineer who works from home. Gas stove + hot water, bathroom with bath, lounge has aircon + roller shutters on window + rear door. Outside laundry with washer/dryer + 2nd toilet. Also has workshop + junk alley. Car parking 1 on street + 1 off street. Spacious house with high ceilings, close to shops. Has a small 3rd bedroom/office that I may rent out later. Atm rooms messy being used for storage + verandah messy with garden setup.
