About the house

We are on the lookout for someone to come and join our home in Crows Nest! The location is ideal. Just a few mins walk to the main strip of Crows Nest (Coles, bars, restaurants, cafes, pubs, woolworths, gyms etc). Its only 10 mins walk to St Leonards train station and just a few mins walk to busses to the city. It is a two-storey townhouse with a large living space opening out to a courtyard. It has an internal laundry, dishwasher etc. Your room is cozy but light filled room with big built in mirrored wardrobes. It is large enough to fit a double bed. You will be sharing a bathroom with 1 other girl. The house is fully furnished and the room has a double bed. We are looking for someone to move in on the weekend of the 17th May Rent is $250 per week with bills additional (electricity, gas, water and internet) we have managed to keep our bills very cheap so far though! Works out on avg approx $20 p/w depending on the quarter/usage. About us: We are a house of 3 friendly flatmates looking for our 4th. Nic is a sales guru working full time, he loves a chat and cooking up a storm. Cat works in marketing, loves trashy TV and games nights. Mariana is a student from Mexico studying her masters, she loves the outdoors, climbing and roller skating! All in our late 20s/early 30's We are looking for a 4th housemate to join our crew. The house is pretty chill. We sometimes watch movies/eat together or have friends over for a BBQ but also happy doing our own thing. We are looking for someone similar who would like to become part of our home. Long term stays are preferred.
